Admission
To enroll, you must be at least 16 years of age, high school graduate, and be able to submit the following requirements:
- Completely filled-up application form
- Four pcs 2” x 2” picture
- Photocopy of birth certificate
- Proof of identification (driver’s license, passport, NBI clearance)
- Transcript of Records
- Health Certificate
- Letter of recommendation from High School (for high school graduates only)
